I will be honest when i first saw the blood I thought I was gonna faint. He was unfazed, as usual. That's how it goes, the kids fine but mommy had a heart attack! lol

He came in last night with a broken toenail, broke it clean off at the base. Blood everywhere, the others chis flipping out. Me freaking out, trying to stop the blood with a washcloth and corn starch, bandaging it, calling the vet. The whole time Seal sat in my lap, yawning! He was bored! My little trooper. Of course after it was bandaged up this tiny six pound black chihuahua now has a big white clubfoot, lol. And he is milking this for all it's worth. He's spent the last two hours snuggled in my arms, snoring. No pain for him, just bandages to be changed every 24 hours and antibiotic ointment. Ah the resilience of youth.
