We will have to work harder at awareness and encourage training. We have a large population of humans in my area. There are many high rises with some immigrants who are unfamiliar with dogs & even fear them. They live cheek by jowl with the opposite. We have dogs a plenty + a bldg nearby that if full of handicapped people [who come with many service dogs].
I've seen the ones who are afraid, relaxing gradually when they are in an elevator with a well behaved dog. I have a problem with strangers approaching a dog without permission. That reminds me - I have to check the policy on dogs & transit. ________________________________ From: Mark Strassler <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Sun, November 7, 2010 8:14:27 PM Subject: [Chihuahuas] Chihuhhua-Poms in Queensland's Hello: Just wanted to pass along an article what one of my friends in Montana (USA) sent me.
