I agree with you!! It's sad that dogs get blamed for owners errors... I think each breed can have dogs with aggression issues... Some more then others, look at the pitbulls for example(my a pitbull fan) they have been on that list for years in the right hands are the best dog in the world aside from chihuahuas. In the wrong hands they are not so great! For both chihuahuas and pit... Socialzation and training are big key facters. I agree with you Nancy on the kid part too!
