*We have to give Rabies shots in NC also and have had outbreaks in wild
animals who come up close to homes. I don't think they need all the other
shots yearly cause my babies stay in the house mostly and we have strict
leash laws here for all pets. My other chis a few years ago had some
reactions to Rabies shots--vet said usually it is the protein base that
causes the reactions.*
