I had to file a complaint with my Citicard with a work at home data entry company. I did work for 6 weeks and got paid nothing. It turned out that the 'company' just had so many data entry jobs in the computer and they just kept rotating them.very profitable business for them. Well, I could have paid with PayPal but I paid with my Citicard but the charge on my credit card statement was from PayPal. The credit card company took all my info and said that they didn't know if it was a valid claim. I told her that the application process said when I would get paid and they never paid me for the work that I did. Well, Paypal contacted the 'seller' and I received a copy of PayPal's letter and they said that the company did not provide the pay for the work that I did, and I got my money back. So, if you are having a dispute with PayPal, I am sure that they check it all out.and you opted to purchase something based on their information and that is not what you got in the product that you received. The seller sent me a replacement and told me to just do whatever I wanted with the damaged one. I thought that was excellent service. Because I had a bad experience with an eBay seller that advertised something and it did not do what the ads said it would. All he would do was forgo the tax and handling charges. The item cost 30.00 and it would have cost me 25 to ship it back. Since it was his fault I figured the least he could do was pay the shipping but he refused so I opened a inquiry with eBay and PayPal. It is pending right now. Also in my feedback I just said that he should change the wording in his ads since the product clearly did not do what it was suppose to. I have been doing that for a long time now. I posted a link to the ones I ordered. I got my pads and was surprised by the thinness. I wrote the seller and asked if he changed his pads. He said perhaps I had bought a different one they carry. He shipped me free of charge 2nd day air 400 pads to try free! I received them and sure enough these were the better pad. They run $41.00 for 400 pads with free shipping! My point was this man was very concerned that I was not satisfied and sent this shipment without any questions. I wrote and told him that this new pad was great. I asked what he wanted me to do with the other pads, nearly 600, he said keep them and use them too. He thanked me for allowing him to resolve my issue. He thanked me! Now that is service.
