As I said about the breeder issue, it's MY personal conviction NOT to support breeding of animals when shelters and rescues are overrun. I didn't mention anything about whether anyone needed to agree with my opinion.
MY opinion is that responsible breeders of ANY breed would promote rescue and adoption first because these animals are being destroyed every day in shelters across our nation. Regardless of whether every shelter in every city and state have the problem or not, it does exist. I believe it is a better plan of action to get those w/o a home a place where they will be loved before new animals are brought in the world. Again, that's my opinion and no one has to agree. As I said, I am making a decision based on my own personal convictions. I don't get a chance to read every post and must delete most. I am not a regular, active part of the list and haven't had time to learn the ins and outs yet.
