Joan Going to call the vet in the morning. They're closed Sundays. I think one of the reasons she's sleeping is because she's not in the hallway/bathroom. That seems to be the key for that particular change. Less howling means more time for taking it easy.
But yes...definitely calling the vet in the morning to ask if this is normal. Get recommendations for treatment. She's still perky as hell when we go out for our microwalks. I do think a lot of the daytime sleeping is a result of her finally having calmed down some. That is the only thing that's changed. She still eats. Still loves food. Still plays.
