Hi Raven! This chi is from Missouri, I am in Illinois. There was a post here that stated over 100 chi's from a mill that was closing it's doors needed rescue, adopters and fosters. I fell in love the second I saw his pic!!! His name is Cesar....maybe some one here saw him.
Experience with mill dachshunds...not much experience with Chihuahuas. But thank you for the confidence boost!!!
