Vultures are eaters of the dead lol..but sometimes for me when I look up quickly it is hard to distinguish between a vulture and a hawk. Better safe than sorry although we have a lot of both in this area.

I thought they only fed off of dead animals? We have a lot of them here in FL as well as Osprey and eagles. I don't let our little ones out without going out with them even though we have a fenced yard.
