I was thinking that. There are many kinds of long hair dogs and if the poop
always got stuck, people wouldn’t want to own them. I had just thought of this
because I was watching Dolly poop yesterday. She was where I could see her
side. She was pooping and I saw that it really doesn’t come out too far.

The last couple of days when I see Dolly pooping, she pretty much can do the
whole thing in one place. Before her surgery it was a big ordeal for her…she
would start to go and then for some reason she would walk in that hunched
position and then finish the job at a different location. The couple times
that I have actually seen her pooping…after she was much better from the
surgery…I saw her and she did the whole thing in one place. I think maybe
something with her belly and the hernia – before it got worse – made it
difficult. When I think of her with the hernia and having to hunch up, I think
it must have been so uncomfortable.

The brown you see on his back side is growing from the brown markings that are
on his back. Only once did I find a dry marble size poop stuck to his back
side, which I clipped off. I always check when I bathe hime but no poop, his
aim must be good. LOL

I am going to ask this question…and if anyone wants to laugh at me, go ahead!

I think that except for pictures on this group, I have never really seen a
long-hair Chihuahua. I know that I have seen Emiliano’s photos, but never one
from behind. OK…Here it goes…Do you ever have to clean the fur on his backside
after he goes poopy? I know that when I watch Dolly & Desi it usually falls a
tiny bit away from their butts, but he has a lot of fur on the rear end.

The long feathers down the back of Emiliano's legs is what I pay special
attention to when I brush.
