Pam, Thank you!!! I appreciate your reply very much. Everyone: I am gentle & loving with all my animals; hence the reason they are so loving. Even my rabbits are like little sweet dogs-but were beasts when I rescued them, so I'm well aware of what I'm doing. I simply asked a question about her snapping because when researching chis and talking to chi owners I was told they can get a bit 'fiesty'. Charlotte is marvelous with strangers-runs to anyone-delights in their attention- I'd like to keep it that way! Lynda
