I strongly advise doing research before you pass an opinion on giving meds
to other people's pets. Tylenol has been known for years to be toxic to dogs
and cats. And I certainly would not recommend giving any animal over the
counter drugs every four hours around the clock unless a Vet said so!

Yes you can give him an aspirin or infant drops Tylenol. If aspiring give
one every four hours. If Tylenol give one half dropperful every four hours.
The Tylenol is much easier on their stomachs than aspiring which can cause
ulcers and bleeding.
Wishing you the best,

Can you put a warm tea bag in his mouth near the bad tooth. The nerves are
usually in the back, so if you put it behind the back tooth it might deaden
the pain a little moreĀ…not HOT, but just warm.

I think my 6.5 chi has a toothache. Can I give him a baby aspirin? Or what
can I give him to relieve the pain until I can get him to the vet?
Thanks,
Carolyn
