Yes, "pit bull types" are the only "breed" mandated to be killed in Ohio simply for being born. The state has recently repealed that law and replaced it with a generic (non breed specific) vicious dog law....however there are people like Pam who are trying to have it reinstated. Disgusting. As far as I am aware, Denver, CO is the only city on the country who is allowed, by law, to TAKE YOUR DOG AND KILL IT if it is *suspected* of being a "pit bull"......someone on here got offended when I mentioned Hitler and the holocaust...and while I would never equate a dog's life to a human's, when you start banning, legislating, and/or killing something based simply on it's heritage, you are indeed falling down a very slippery slope.....
