Just my 2-cents, but NOT everyone believes in Caesar Milan.  As a matter of
fact, a LARGE portion of the rescue community has very definitely come down
on the "anti-whisperer" side of the fence.  Even the Monks that first got
press for all that "alpha roll" nonsense have realized their error.  Dogs
DO need structure, and they DO learn from routine and repitition, but it
would be a cold day in hell before I'd give one of MY dogs to him for
training or even use his methods.... for real.
