Call the local ASPCA, they may know of a�place/vet that they work with........it is worth a phone call to see. If they aren't inclined to be of assistance try calling....no scratch that.........go to the Vet's office at about closing time/opening time and ask if the doctor/vet has a couple of minutes to spare.
You might need to drop by a few times until you are sure who the vet is. Explain what the issue is and he might be-able to help you out or know of some program that can help. Also dog rescue places in the area, they might have a way of helping you. We sure don't want that little lady getting caught. If you explained the situation to your own vet maybe you can�work out something with him/her. Maybe he would work for cake/pie each month or something.....just be creative. Sit on a street corner with a sign saying my dog needs to be spayed...can you help...who knows, maybe a vet will drive by.
