Hi list,
I'd like to know what the test mode of EDO/FPM memories is about. I keep seeing the multi-bit test mode accesses in the datasheets that are initiated with a Cas-before-Ras and the write-line = L, but there's not a single line of text that tells me what the mode is good for (testing!?!), and how to leave it.
Any ideas, links that Google doesn't know?
