I think you are a bit unfair to google. There are plenty of references
to the exact expression, but I take your word for it the definitions
are shy.
In that case, have you gone back to the standards? There is a
'standard' for EDO, PC100, PC133, etc. I know this because I was
referred back to them when I tried to discover why only 50% of pc133
ram was seen in my old PC100 m/b. I presume you are looking at faster
stuff, but I would start back at the pc100 standard, as most of the
others may reference that far back.
Via actually formulated the pc133 standard, whereas I gather Intel did
for the pc100 one. Happy hunting!
