In that case, have you gone back to the standards? There is a 'standard' for EDO, PC100, PC133, etc. I know this because I was referred back to them when I tried to discover why only 50% of pc133 ram was seen in my old PC100 m/b. I presume you are looking at faster stuff,
No, I'm not. I have looked at FPM/EDO datasheets, because the design I'm working on uses an old 72-pin memory module. AFAIK, there was no real standard on those - too many different pinouts for the 64M and 128M modules..!
