This issues is about implementing a new feature. This new feature is
something complete new that no other browser have implemented so far! This
new feature will allow user to know if there is any tabs that they haven't
visited yet by changing the color of the tab with a new one.

Status: Patch waiting for review & approbation from the dev time for a merge
with the trunk. It's now three months that the dev team haven't implement a
new feature in Chrome. It's now time that they do so. That's why we really
need your help by staring this feature.
