New in 3rd mockup:
* Disabled items could be pushed lower down, below "Currently
disabled:".
* Behind "View removed items" you'd find any system-wide extensions
that you have removed (=uninstalled, by dropping into the trash, or
highlight + Delete button, or maybe a rightclick-menu with Remove).
* A suitable space for an incognito-checkbox would be either onthe
right of the Settings-link -- Maybe "[x] Also for Incognito" ? Or
better, put it inside this Settings dialog, since each extension would
need at least to have space to show source URL, version number, etc,
and then any regular settings as well.
