One reason I don't find the IRC bot is as useful as subscribing to
chromium-checkins is that I'll miss checkins when I'm not looking at mirc or
when I get disconnected.  I find it useful to add gmail filters for
filepaths (i.e. src/chrome/plugin or render_messages_internal).
