That's what ben meant by "concepts that do not exist for the relevant platform". There are no "preferences" on windows or "options" on Mac. That's the one area where we will diverge.
However, a menu item like "Next Tab" should be changed globally to "Select Next Tab" on all platforms, not just specifically on Mac to match Safari (case appropriate, of course). That's the kind of forking we will not be doing.
