+1. We should also turn them into real sentences, too. "Do something that touches the file system.->Write HTML and images of the current webpages to disk (or other writable permanent storage mediums (that you have write permissions for))." is so much clearer than "File->Save". And it makes it obvious that we should use sentence case.
