I'm seeing this problem with Windows XP SP3 running on a setup with
dual displays. I'm using Ultramon to manage my dual display setup. If
I maximize the Chrome window on my primary display, it maximizes
properly. However, if I do the same on my secondary display, it seems
to maximize to the same size as my primary display. (The primary is a
much larger display than my secondary.)

I must comment that Chrome must be doing something different with
their windowing. Because, this is the first application which has had
this problem on my setup!
