I have exactly the same problem (Win XP SP3 Ultramon with smaller
secondary display). Also, because Chrome uses it's own window styling,
the additional buttons added by Ultramon (move to other monitor,
maximise to desktop, for example) do not display, and right clicking
in the solid blue area has blank entries where these Ultramon commands
would be.
