I have a primary 22" @ 1680x1050 landscape and a secondary (on the
right) 22" 2 1680x1050 rotated 90 deg to portrait (1050x1680). I am
using Nvidia's internal rotation. I don't use Ultramon.
When I maximize Chrome on the secondary its dimensions match the
primary monitor and only fill half the secondary screen.
