I can confirm this. I don't use Ultramon, just Windows XP SP2 built-in dual monitor. My primary monitor is 1024x768 and my secondary is 1280x1024. When I maximize Chrome on the secondary screen, it maximizes to the size of the primary monitor which is way too small. This is on an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT, my primary is to the right of my secondary. Chrome ver 0.2.149.30.
