I agree with that, my input for this feature is that a ctrl+w (or other tab closing method) when no tabs are open closes the entire browser. So for each close action, a tab is removed, when none are left the browser is finally removed. That makes sense to me, I definitely agree with the no tabs window with the + sign that Alan stated.
