Here's the problem I have with Chrome. I created two application shortcuts : one for regular browsing, the second one is with the option "--disable-javascript".
If you open Chrome with the option "--disable-javascript", Chrome is in "javascript DISABLED" mode. However, if you leave it opened and open another instance of Chrome in regular mode, the second instance of Chrome still has javascript DISABLED.
