Archlinux's version comes from the official chromium repo: http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-linux-64/LATEST
I know that ubuntu versions are recompiled by the maintainer, and he might introduce some patches or compile options different from the official ones. If you want to take a look to the install script, it's here: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/chromium-browser-bin/chromium-browser-bin/PKGBUILD There's no Archlinux specific compilation, just copying files, linking some libraries, and adjusting users' rights. 2009/11/10 ricardo cabello <[email protected]> > Damn!
