I can also access and change the files on my ubuntu machines. This is all working well, except that Id also like to be able to write files from the OpenSolaris machine. Do you think its wise to have everyone using one account? It seems like there might be some issues that might arise if two people open the same file. Generally as I understand it, if two users open the same file, the first person who opened it has write access and the second person has merely read access. Is this the same with one account?
