Folks;

maybe an utterly stupid question, but I can't get the last 2% of adding my
OpenSolaris box to our mixed environment (CIFS filer) done. Current state:

- The machine successfully joined our AD domain.

- I am able to do smbutil login and, by then view and manually mount shares
from some remote host.

- I also managed to do something like "pfexec mount -F smb ..." to get a
share globally mounted in the system.

However I suppose that something's not completely right: The last days I
experienced the mounted share become inaccessible after some hours(? -
unsure as I am not permanently working with it). By then, I was unable to
re-mount it again, always recieving some messages like "command failed".
Tried "smbutil login ..." again, no luck. Remembering my Linux CIFS
experiences, I tried "kinit <username>" prior to doing anything with
"smbutil", and indeed this way it worked.

So much for that. So I basically know what's the problem (getting an initial
kerberos ticket before actually accessing the CIFS service), but I don't
know how to get it set up to do this procedure automatically and permanently
(i.e. the share should be mounted at machine boot and be accessible all the
time). Reading [1] was pretty enlightening but somehow omitted my kinit
related problems...

Inspirations, anyone?
Many thanks in advance and all the best,
Kristian
