The one dialog I think is in most dire need of refactoring is the

Oh, and one more: The titler effect dialog! Cinelerra's titler effect
would be _so_ much better if it leveraged the power of Pango.
Unicode support in the titler is long overdue, along with all kinds of
formatting options.
