Justin, You need to be aware that the CSCxxxxx "bugs" are not always considered bugs. Even new features are documented internally in CSCxxxxx entries. This is just a ticketing system the developers use.
I would suggest that you just ask you account team to contact the right people in devel, and if enough people do it, they would make it a higher priority to make it work.
