You create an access list for your loopbacks (hopefully you have them in a separate /24 or alike) and do "no mpls advertise-labels" and then you do "mpls advertise labels for <access-list>" (or alike, I don't have easy access to routers right this minute). This only creates labels for your next-hops, not for every route.
