Could you point to some more information and/or a sample config for multichassis MLPPP on a PA-MC-2T3+ or PA-MC-2T3-EC on a 7200? I looked into doing this a while ago, but my conclusion at the time was that it was only for dialup ISDN, not for serial interfaces.
