Or you could attach a standard community to the prefix and set the desired RT
community based on the standard community on the receiving end.
See RT extcommunity is meant for route information control in VRF environments,
if you don't have VRFs then you are better of using stdcommunity and you can
always convert the stdcommunity to RT extcommunity on ingress to VRF
environment.
