Phil,
Thx for the suggestions. I am cleaning up. I was handed this network with
very out of date documentation and no explanation of why certain things were
configured certain ways. It's like slogging thru the mud trying to figure
some of this out, but I look at it as a learning opportunity. I've tried the
commands after a no shutdown of the interfaces and have used the version of
the command with the space in it and the exact bandwidth as well. The
interface still tells me it's setting the clockrate to the default value
2015232.
