You have a cool set up there. I wish I designed it. : ) I can't think of anything that has a 60s activity timer except for BGP, but unless you had a bizillion neighbors and they all hello'd at same time, that's not your problem. Honestly, I'd get a sniffer in there to see what's up. Also, I havent heard of any MS worms flooding the internet today (there is one in Japan, but it won't affect you).
