Are we talking about the same thing? It was my understanding that
Judy was saying the person filing the charges had found out *what the
procedure is" to do that thru a List. Is that incorrect?
The "how-to" was explained on another List after the question was raised.
If, however, you're saying that charges are being filed "about" something
that was reported on the List (hearsay), then you should also be aware
that it isn't quite that easy. All reports are to be made in writing and are
investigated by the Ethics Committee. No sanctions are based on hearsay
alone.
