Hi Judy,
Am I mistaken or is it not the list rule that all e-mail is copy righted
and cannot be copied or used without the express written permission of the
originator? It seems to me that using the list mail could leave the list open
to lawsuit as well as the person who copied and filed a complaint based on
the lists e-mail. I also believe that the rules state that anyone who uses
list mail without permission is subject to immediate dismissal from the list.
