Jo Ann.........as I understand it.......since the dog was BORN in the USA
and it's parents were AKC registered only.......it could not be registered
with CKCSC.....regardless of any Canadian registration. The Canadian
registration would show it was BORN in the USA and to a USA breeder. Only
dogs born OUTSIDE of the USA and registered with a recognized foreign
registry are eligible for CKCSC registration.
I know, this gets very mixed up and needs rectifying soon!
