Hi, Judy,
I agree with what you said about pedigrees and think that they take
years of study. I was very grateful to have been lead by such a person
(who has spent years studying Cavalier pedigrees) to the owner of the
dog I am using on our Esme. He is Bembridge Resemble, who is thirteen
years old, was heart clear until 12 when he developed an insignificant
murmur, and is sound, alert and happy as a lark at his age! For those
who are interested in pedigrees you can see his at

I am grateful for the help and advice of the breeder who brought him to
my attention as being "sadly underused"; he is NOT at public stud due to
his age, but I am VERY grateful to Stephanie and David Abraham for
allowing us to use him. Now, wish us luck with a viable pregnancy! He
had two sons just under a year ago........one of whom is home with us
now. <VBG> We are letting him grow up a bit and then hope to show him
off.
Suze (who can now post this with a clear conscience!)
