No need to apologize, Suze, your letter was thoughtful and accurate. I
disagree that the gene pool is split between two (American) registries,
however. Breeders with the welfare of the breed and the continual
improvement within their their breeding programs do not overlook a quality
Cavalier strain or individual animal as useful. Tina Sterling's very
inspiring post reinforces those facts, also.
