Steve and Katy I just took a look at the Puppy Protection Act and I agree with Steve -- I don't see anything in this proposed legislation which will be harmful to responsible breeders, and it just might cramp the style of the puppy millers. I think we should support it and I intend to make my views known when I'm in D.C. next week.
