Re progesterone testing -
I've heard all kinds of stories...vets needing a baseline and then
repeating tests over andover
In our area (near Phila) we are lucky to be near George Govette of
CLONE. He was a pioneer in all this technology and he does one blood test,
sends it out, has results the next day, and tells you when to breed your
bitch. I have never missed a breeding with George officiating. I've never
been told, nor have I asked, the numbers butsomeone on thelist mentioned 5
andsomeone mentioned 22 - seems like a wide spread.
