I wouldn't put it quite that way, I don't think anyone was "forced" to do anything. I looked at it as an arrangement these two people had from the beginning. I don't presume to judge the motives, although it is the first time I had ever seen a whole litter go as stud fee puppies. Maybe it's happened before and I am just not aware of it. Maybe since the bitch was co-owned they didn't want to pay the Transfer fees - I have no idea? I just know it happened.
