OK, I'm asking.

Everyone who has bred a Cavalier that is related in any way to any of mine
(probably all of you!), please send me all results of all tests of all
related dogs. I guarantee you I will put this to good use in an attempt to
figure out as much of the geneotypes of each of my dogs so that I can
improve my dogs even more in the future.

You see, this is a MONUMENTAL task. I absolutely, positively, cannot see
why breeders who LOVE this breed and really want to do their best by it
would not want to make it an easy task for all involved to get this
information.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Without it, we simply CANNOT do our job
nearly as well.

We can breed phenotypically until the cows come home and won't see a whole
lot of improvement in polygenic traits because we need to breed
genotypically to see that improvement.

Is that what we really want?
