Interesting question that you ask about the testing results of the dogs from
the UK versus the US.  Of all the dogs we have imported and tested thus far,
only one dog had a problem with one health test.  We have only purchased 5
dogs here in the US.  One had geographic retinal dysplasia, one had multiple
punctated folds,  one had a single retinal fold and one had hip dysplasia.
I have four imports who are old enough to have all of their testing done and
they all passed every test with flying colors.  Somebody in the UK is doing
