It is not unusual in England.We have often been asked that a bitch be on
antibiotics
before breeding. I know many breeders in England and Ireland use a course of
Baytril routinely before breeding their bitches. My vet agrees with Leanne
and wont prescribe it but I have managed to coax him in to giving me Synulox
when a stud dog owner demanded it.
